FBI s-a intors inapoi in US cu dosarele in brate.
Iata si mesajul celor de la
DNS Made Easy care mi s-a parut extrem de golanesc si ne-fortat, in ciuda faptului ca ii pot intelege.
We would be more than happy to allow you to create an account with us. Unfortunately at this time we have had over 600 fraudulent purchases from Romania in the past 3 years. This fraud has resulted in over $15,000 in charge back fees and processing fees alone. If you would like to send us a check for $20,000 we will be more than happy to give this to our credit card processing companies and put this on hold with them. This is what they are saying they will want from us. We will not do this and this is why we are not allowed to accept users from Romania. Once this is done we can open up a Small Business member for yourself.

Also, just so you know. According to the United States Department of State:
Credit card and Internet fraud remain among the most common crimes affecting foreigners in Romania. Romania is largely a "cash only" economy. While an increasing number of businesses accept credit cards, travelers are advised to use cash for goods and services rendered due to the prevalence of credit card fraud. Vendors have been known to misuse credit card information by making illegal purchases on a customerâs account. To make a credit card purchase, a PIN is usually required. There are an increasing number of ATMs located throughout major cities, and increasingly sophisticated identity theft rings are targeting them. Travelers should try to use ATMs located inside banks and check for any evidence of tampering with the machine before use. Travelers' checks are of limited use but may be used to purchase local currency at some exchange houses.
