Cum alegi un procesator de plati?

In momentul de fata, pe piata activeaza o multime de procesatori de plati. Daca ai un business dedicat primordial utilizatorilor din alte tari, atunci cu siguranta alegerea devine mult mai complicata. Primul pas, cel putin pentru mine si indiferent de domeniu, este sa verific credibilitatea si profesionalismul respectivei companii prin prisma review-urilor efectuate de fosti sau actuali clienti. Blogurile, grupurile de discutii si forumurile sunt o resurse excelenta.

Cand ai terminat de realizat un shortlist, ar fi bine sa cauti raspunsul la cateva intrebari, cum ar fi:

* Will you qualify for a merchant account?
* Are They PCI Compliant?
* Does the Bank Pay You Directly?
* How many banks do they represent?
* Who owns the data?
* How much Customer Service assistance do you need?
* What method of payments do they accept?
* What currencies do they accept and settle in?
* What kind of risk management do they offer?
* Do they offer customized scrubbing?
* Can you set your own refund policies?
* What is their discount rate?
* What are their setup fees?
* When do you get paid?
